Working Student IT Support & Operations Intern
About the job
- Be enrolled at a university in Germany for at least the next 12 months.
- Have hands-on experience troubleshooting macOS; Windows experience is a plus.
- Have experience supporting non-technical users in IT or another service role.
- Handle accounts, access, and personal data carefully.
- Be fluent in English.
- Provide a fast first response and clear resolution or handoff for IT requests in Freshservice and Slack.
- Ensure each new joiner has a working laptop and appropriate access on their first day, and retrieve leavers’ access and hardware.
- Keep the asset inventory and hardware stock accurate.
- Write guides to help colleagues solve common issues themselves.
- German language skills.
- Exposure to Okta, an MDM such as Kandji or Jamf, or a ticketing system.
- Experience building small tools with AI coding assistants and understanding where they can fail.
