Requirements
- Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform.
- A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams.
- Experience with data integration techniques, including extract, transform, load (ETL), REST APIs, and web services.
- Familiarity with data formats such as XML, XML Schema Definition (XSD), JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and comma-separated values (CSV).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules.
- Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and e-commerce platforms.
- Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance.
- Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform.
Desired Qualifications
- A Stibo certification is considered an advantage.
- Experience guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements.
