- A soccer playing background is preferred.
- Must be fun, energetic, patient, attentive, and punctual.
- Must be able and willing to travel throughout Putnam County to class locations.
- Availability must include weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, and/or early evenings.
- Availability on some weekday after-school hours and weekend mornings is preferred.
- Lead children in fun and educational soccer activities while ensuring safety.
- Use individual attention to help every child succeed.
- Use a non-competitive approach to create a fun, stress-free class environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success.
- Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
- Assist with or teach energetic and motivating classes, connect with and challenge each child, support motor development and skill goals, and inspire movement and healthy habits in an organized manner.
- Provide individual and group attention to children.
- Arrive on time to class physically and mentally prepared, including accounting for commuting time.
- Assist with distribution and upkeep of required equipment.
- Assist the hiring manager with sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Manage ordering, printing, and distribution of flyers, posters, and signage.
- Record classes for coach-development video feedback.
- Prior experience working with children.

- Availability on some Monday-Friday hours from 3:00-6:00 and weekend hours from 9:00-12:00.
