  • Extensive experience as an Agile Coach (Certification is a must).
  • Experience as Scrum Master on a variety of different projects (at least 2 years).
  • Ability to create training materials and conduct training on Agile topics.
  • Has served in a mentoring or coaching role.
  • Experience in implementing Agile techniques in different cultures and environments.
  • Has successfully run Agile projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Servant Leader, able to garner respect from the team and be willing to get hands dirty to get the job done.
  • Must be able to communicate well with teams.
  • Able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team.
  • Must be able to ensure Agile and Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, and be a voice of reason and authority, making tough calls.
  • Situational awareness to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
  • Able to facilitate discussion and propose alternatives or different approaches.
  • Attitude of empowerment, able to lead a team to self-organization.
  • Able to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust.

Desired Qualifications
  • Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team or enterprise.
  • Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures.
  • Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
