Requirements
  • 3-5 years of project management experience at a creative agency or in-house creative/marketing team
  • Proven ability to interpret and understand the needs of marketing
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and contributors on creative projects
  • Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g. Asana) and design platforms (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Responsibilities
  • Independently managing multiple concurrent projects from kick-off to delivery across email, social, digital, web, OOH, and print
  • Coordinating with fellow project managers to prioritize and resource creative requests
  • Collaborating with creative, marketing, and compliance to facilitate the timely execution of compelling and compliant marketing campaigns
  • Reviewing incoming creative briefs to ensure goals and scope are clearly defined, and scheduling project kick-offs as needed
  • Developing project timelines with established milestones, and communicating changes in scope and/or timing throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensuring all project deliverables are properly documented and stored
  • Managing third-party agencies and freelancers to ensure deadlines are met; sourcing new external resources as needed
  • Consulting for ideas on process improvements
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with a data asset management platform (e.g. BrandFolder, Bynder) is a plus
