Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy and implementation roadmaps for compensation and benefits administration, communication, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop the internal team, including three direct reports, and supplement resource needs with outside vendors and resources.
  • Contribute to the development of the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Evolve the Total Compensation philosophy and practices to acquire and retain high-quality, diverse talent.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for total rewards programs, including annual total rewards statements and long-term incentive communications for executive leaders.
  • Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, and reward-program challenges related to attracting, motivating, and retaining talent.
  • Evolve the Global Job Architecture and Salary Structure framework for job alignment, grading, and market pricing across regions.
  • Lead annual market-data acquisition and competitive research, analysis, and modeling for compensation programs, including increase budgets, trend and metric assessments, and financial-impact modeling of incentive-design scenarios.
  • Oversee the annual merit-award cycle, including HRIS integration, and support compensation tools and systems used for compensation decisions.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on compensation matters and oversee Vice President salary offers and adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related statutory and regulatory requirements regarding employee pay and remain current on compensation legislation.
  • Partner with the CHRO to create Board and Compensation Committee materials and with the CHRO, CEO, CFO, and General Counsel on Named Executive Officer and executive-compensation plans.
  • Contribute to the Compensation Discussion & Analysis section of the proxy.
  • Evolve the global benefits strategy for competitiveness, quality, and cost.
  • Develop benefits communications that simplify complex concepts and provide decision-making tools.
  • Ensure compliance across benefit plans with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead annual open enrollment, including broker and carrier marketing, plan design, decisions, and employee communications.
  • Develop and execute a benefits education program extending beyond open enrollment.
  • Research strategies for a self-funded organization and network to understand industry best practices.
  • Ensure plan documents and Summary Plan Descriptions are updated and accessible, 5500 filings are accurate and timely, and annual plan audits are overseen.
  • Interface with insurance companies and third-party benefit-plan administrators to facilitate complete benefits utilization.
  • Manage the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of health and welfare programs.
  • Develop and execute a customer-service framework addressing benefits questions and promoting the value of benefits offerings.
  • Oversee global mobility and immigration programs.

Regal Rexnord Q2 sales up 4.2% to $1.56B, adjusted EPS rises 21% to $2.99

Regal Rexnord reported second quarter 2026 results with sales of $1,558.4 million, up 4.2% year-over-year and 3.3% on an organic basis. Daily orders increased 8.8% versus the prior year. GAAP net income rose 46.7% to $116.8 million, whilst adjusted EBITDA increased 11.2% to $366.6 million. The quarter included a $32.0 million IEEPA tariff refund benefit. Diluted EPS increased 46.2% to $1.74, and adjusted diluted EPS rose 20.6% to $2.99, including $0.39 from tariff refunds. Free cash flow reached $154.1 million. The company narrowed its 2026 GAAP EPS guidance to $5.42–$5.92 and adjusted EPS guidance to $10.35–$10.85, including $0.57 in tariff refund benefits. The adjusted EPS midpoint remains $10.60. Net debt to adjusted EBITDA ended the quarter at 3.06 times, with the company expecting to reach below 3.0 times in the second half of 2026.

Regal Rexnord reports 8.5% order growth and reaffirms guidance despite tariff headwinds

Regal Rexnord reported first quarter 2026 results with sales of $1.48 billion, up 4.3% year-over-year and 1.6% organically. Daily orders increased 8.5% versus the prior year, with backlog up 6.7% sequentially across all segments. Regal Rexnord appoints Aamir Paul as chief executive officer from Schneider Electric

Regal Rexnord has appointed Aamir Paul as chief executive officer, effective no later than 1 July 2026. Paul will succeed Louis Pinkham, who initiated the CEO search in October 2025 and will remain in post until the transition. Paul, 48, joins from Schneider Electric, where he serves as president of North America. Since taking the role in 2022, he grew the business at double-digit rates, reaching over $17 billion in revenue in 2025 with 43,000 employees and 35 manufacturing facilities. He previously held senior positions at Schneider Electric and Dell Technologies. The Milwaukee-based industrial equipment manufacturer cited Paul's track record driving growth across global businesses and his experience in data centre and automation markets as key factors in the appointment.

Regal Rexnord to close Cudahy facility, lay off 70 workers by June 2026

Regal Rexnord, a Fortune 1000 manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission components, will close its Cudahy, Wisconsin facility by 30 June, resulting in 70 redundancies. The company filed notice with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development on 1 April. The facility at 5150 International Drive, home to the Stearns brand, will begin layoffs on 5 June with 30 employees, followed by the remaining 40 on 30 June. Affected workers will not qualify for bumping rights, which typically allow senior employees to claim positions of terminated colleagues. Regal Rexnord's corporate office is in Milwaukee, and the company operates over 80 manufacturing, sales and service facilities globally.
