Responsibilities
  • Assist the Superintendent in planning and organizing construction activities for utility-scale solar projects.
  • Coordinate with labor forces, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Superintendent.
  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues or concerns.
  • Assist in resolving construction-related problems or conflicts.
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement quality-control measures.
  • Support management of the labor force by reviewing work and ensuring adherence to project requirements.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, including progress reports, budget updates, and safety records.
