- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues or concerns.
- Assist in resolving construction-related problems or conflicts.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement quality-control measures.
- Support management of the labor force by reviewing work and ensuring adherence to project requirements.
- Assist in preparing project reports, including progress reports, budget updates, and safety records.
