About the job

Requirements
  • Practical experience building email campaigns and automations, plus hands-on SMS experience.
  • Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
  • Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer, and asking for the booking.
  • Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records, and competing deadlines.
  • Experience with a CRM and an email/SMS platform; examples include Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or comparable tools. Experience with every platform is not required.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion, bookings, and campaign performance.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time is required; these shifts are a core part of the role.
  • Applicants throughout Latin America are welcome, and the selected recruitment location is not a residence requirement.
  • Complete both standard assessments before or shortly after applying, using the same email address as the application; indicate if they have already been completed for Community Sports Partners with that email.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, write, build, and send campaigns promoting available facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities, and relevant offers.
  • Create useful audience segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history, and engagement.
  • Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery where supported, reminders, repeat-booking flows, and win-back flows.
  • Write clear English copy with specific offers and calls to action, and adapt existing brand assets into mobile-friendly emails.
  • Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization, and suppression rules before launch.
  • Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints, and opt-outs; maintain consent records and healthy lists.
  • Test messaging, timing, offers, and journeys, then report qualified enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation, and revenue alongside engagement metrics.
  • Maintain an accurate view of available locations, dates, time slots, capacity, and approved pricing.
  • Respond to enquiries from teams, coaches, leagues, organizers, and other customers looking for sports space.
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable availability, prepare approved quotes, and follow up through booking and payment confirmation.
  • Keep the sales pipeline current, document customer commitments, and pursue renewals or repeat bookings.
  • Coordinate with the operations team before promising availability or exceptions, and escalate pricing, terms, and conflicts outside the role's authority.
  • Create and maintain accurate game listings, including location, start time, capacity, pricing, and player instructions.
  • Monitor registrations and fill levels; use targeted outreach to help fill available places.
  • Coordinate with local hosts and venue contacts to ensure each game has the information and support it needs.
  • Manage routine player questions and waitlists, and communicate approved changes promptly.
  • Identify low-enrolment games, host gaps, or venue problems early and escalate cancellation, refund, or safety decisions to the appropriate manager.
  • Track attendance, feedback, and repeat participation, and use findings to improve future games.
  • In the first month, learn the inventory, customer journeys, and operating processes; audit existing campaigns and establish a reliable follow-up and quality-assurance routine.
  • Over the following two months, take ownership of the campaign calendar and sales pipeline, improve priority automations, and make pickup-game coordination dependable.
  • After reviewing the baseline, agree measurable goals for paid bookings, use of available facility time, game fill rates, repeat participation, and service quality.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in sports, venue bookings, inside sales, event coordination, customer service, or ecommerce retention is helpful.

What believers are saying

  • Participation growth creates incentive opportunities: its Mississauga basketball role discusses financial rewards for meeting participation and performance targets.
  • Childcare experience creates an entry route: the Belleville coaching post treats coaching certification as an asset.
  • Finance work has broad responsibility: its controller owns end-to-end accounting and partners with the CFO and department leaders.

What critics are saying

  • Coaching includes administration: the basketball development post allocates five weekly hours to scheduling, recruitment, and program work.
  • Youth instruction needs off-hour availability: its Belleville post requests weekday evenings or weekend mornings across summer and winter seasons.
  • One listing gives conflicting work arrangements: the controller description mentions remote work but structured location data says on-site.

What makes Community Sports Partners unique

  • The app joins several services: RecRivals lets users book pickup games, join leagues, and rent fields in one place.
  • One turf venue supports concurrent games: Applewood Heights has eight mini goals, two full-size goals, and divider nets.
  • Youth progression is organized by age: SportStars groups training, game-day matches, house leagues, and camps by birth year.
