About the job
- Five or more years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree; candidates without a degree require three additional years of relevant professional experience, for eight or more years total.
- Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL.
- Sufficient technical breadth and depth to independently own the design and scope of deliverables within a field of expertise.
- Experience leading a small team in delivering a specific deliverable.
- Mastery of at least one technical discipline and strong knowledge in at least three major technology areas.
- Advanced business, technical, or functional knowledge.
- Ability to resolve problems involving combinations and interactions of products.
- Ability to apply technology and consulting skills to solve client business problems.
- Ability to communicate and present complex issues clearly and confidently.
- Consulting skills including questioning, listening, idea development, obtaining permission, building rapport, and influencing.
- Ability to conduct or lead oral status and technical interchange meetings with clients on small- to medium-sized engagements.
- Ability to own and produce customer documentation, translate technical details into concise written form, and write relevant proposal components such as responses to request-for-proposal questions.
- Ability to translate verbal requirements from client meetings into requirements documents, statements of work, and proposals.
- Ability to discuss requirements with customers, challenge and clarify them when appropriate, develop a high-level design or plan, estimate delivery effort, and advise the engagement owner about associated risks.
- Ability to work with a team to provide written responses to technical proposals, reports, and delivery documentation.
- Implement part or all of the technical solution for clients in accordance with an agreed technical design.
- Provide detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions when required.
- Apply broad technology knowledge to create detailed technical designs that meet customer requirements.
- Lead small- to medium-sized technical projects under the direction of the Project or Technical Manager and in collaboration with customer representatives and Solutions Architects.
- Provide technical support and input on applying technology to a defined business segment.
- Advise on solution and integration opportunities for defined business segments.
- Provide technical leadership for integration activities within an engagement.
- Support planning and design for solution architectures implemented in multi-system environments.
- Communicate across the client community and add value through technical expertise.
- Contribute to knowledge tools and communities and document and share project learnings.
- Focus on a single customer while solving diverse and complex problems and potentially leading a project team.
