Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders is required.
  • Experience with management and leadership, including coordinating care with families, staff, clients, and community partners.
  • Experience assessing skills and deficits across a variety of domains.
  • Experience developing individual treatment and behavior intervention plans and continuously analyzing progress and remaining deficits.
  • Experience using various Applied Behavior Analysis methodologies.
  • Experience communicating with parents and caregivers in center, home, community, and school settings for generalization of skills and transition training.
  • Ability to use technology and software to meet compliance requirements.
  • Credentialing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and maintaining required memberships, certifications, and professional standing.
  • Current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and evaluations of skills and needs for each assigned client.
  • Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide regular staff training, supervision, and feedback to improve staff performance and client progress.
  • Facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
  • Submit all required documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Identify clients and families who need additional support, including support for high-risk behavior, social skills groups, and family support groups.
  • Mentor staff and support staff engagement, retention, and recognition within teams.
  • Participate in professional development activities and share information with the clinical team.
  • Maintain current licensure, certifications, and credentialing with Circle City ABA, insurance payors, the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and the state.
Desired Qualifications
  • BCBA or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst supervision experience and completion of the Standards module.
