  • Ability to comprehend blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
  • Ability to safely use required power tools.
  • Ability to comprehend and practice safe work procedures.
  • Ability to operate a company truck with manual and automatic transmission.
  • Ability to read and interpret maps, manuals, worksite directions, and written instructions.
  • Ability to operate and work from mechanical personal lifts.
  • Ability to hear and see well, either naturally or with correction.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Tolerance for prolonged standing and movement on foot.
  • Ability to climb all types of ladders.
  • Ability to perform repetitive use of the arms, hands, and fingers.
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general oversight and direction to jobsite supervision on assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with plan and specification requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, and scopes for purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Monitor or supervise the monitoring of quality to ensure installations meet quality standards.
  • Work with superintendents and foremen to plan and coordinate assigned project work and meet or exceed productivity goals.
  • Coordinate material, tooling, and equipment needs with superintendents and foremen.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly monitored and tracked.
  • Identify and communicate fabrication opportunities to the Division Manager and Fabrication Division Manager.
  • Lead the review and preparation of monthly cost reports for assigned projects.
  • Ensure company and project-specific safety policies are followed.
  • Coordinate manpower requirements with superintendents and foremen to ensure the appropriate quantity and skill set are available on site.
  • Evaluate employees and provide coaching and performance feedback.
  • Support company safety and Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Provide appropriate and constructive feedback to the Division Manager.
