Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of Investor Relations and firm leadership to shape fundraising strategy across flagship funds, co-investment vehicles, and GP-led secondaries, including market positioning, investor segmentation, and campaign sequencing.
  • Own end-to-end production of institutional-quality fundraising materials, including PPMs, DDQs, pitch decks, VDRs, and track record analytics, and manage legal and structural workstreams with external counsel and service providers.
  • Represent the firm at investor conferences, industry events, and LP meetings, communicating its strategy, performance, and impact thesis.
  • Build, deepen, and independently manage a portfolio of global LP relationships across sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, fund of funds, family offices, and consultants; identify and cultivate new sources of capital.
  • Lead selected roadshows, develop the pipeline, and be accountable for LP commitments and conversion metrics.
  • Oversee the IR program, including quarterly and annual fund and co-investment reporting in partnership with Finance, Impact, and Investment teams.
  • Own LP servicing, including capital calls, distributions, information requests, secondary transfers, and bespoke LP workstreams, and establish scalable standards and playbooks.
  • Lead planning and delivery of the Investor AGM and other flagship LP events in coordination with the Communications team.
  • Mentor and develop junior IR team members and contribute to building out the function as the platform grows.
  • Drive the co-investment program with existing LPs and the broader institutional community, working with deal teams to syndicate opportunities efficiently and on favorable terms.
  • Contribute to the strategic evolution of the fund platform by structuring and leading GP-led secondaries, continuation vehicles, and other bespoke capital solutions where appropriate.

ARCHIMED to acquire Esperion for $1.1B with $3.16 per share plus CVR payments

Esperion Therapeutics has agreed to be acquired by healthcare-focused investment firm ARCHIMED in a deal valued at up to approximately $1.1 billion in total equity value. Under the agreement, Esperion shareholders will receive $3.16 per share in cash at closing, representing a 58% premium to the 30 April closing price, plus rights to up to $100 million in aggregate contingent milestone payments. The milestone payments are tied to future net sales performance of products containing bempedoic acid and bumetanide through 2030. Esperion's board has unanimously approved the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Following completion, Esperion will become privately held and delist from Nasdaq. Pharmakon Advisors will provide debt financing for the transaction.

Stago develops and manufactures hemostasis equipment and reagents. It has unique expertise and a track record of innovation in this specialty. Stago is held through ARCHIMED's MED Platform II fund and was purchased from the founding Viret family by the Diagnostics team through an unspecified mix of equity and unitranche debt.
