Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical and emotional support to people served in individual and group settings
  • Support safety management, crisis intervention, and de-escalation
  • Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, hygiene, dressing, etc.)
  • Document progress notes, medication administration (as trained), and incident reports
  • Support treatment plans, programming, and community activities
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
  • Role-model professionalism, compassion, and Pine Rest’s mission and values
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of six months post-high school education in behavioral sciences or related field preferred
  • CNA certification or 1–2 years of college preferred
  • Ability to work with individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs
