- Good understanding of ATEXIS's business areas, including integrated logistics support, technical documentation, and support.
- Proficiency in delivery management, including quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
- Ability to manage workloads, contracts, and staffing plans.
- Ability to manage client relationships at the operational level.
- Business-development orientation and proactivity in identifying opportunities.
- Fluent English at C1 level, written and spoken.
- Gather and analyze client needs across technical, business, and commercial areas to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop project strategy, including schedules, resource organization, governance, budgets, and risks.
- Coordinate and facilitate project teams comprising internal staff, service providers, and client stakeholders, ensuring milestones, costs, and quality requirements are met.
- Communicate and report project progress to steering committees, formalize deliverables, and propose necessary adjustments.
- Manage contractual and financial matters, including budget monitoring, risk management, and resource optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, methodologies, collaborative tools, and lessons learned.
