IT Onsite Technician - IT Support
About the job
- Fluent German and English are required; other languages are a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in regulated IT environments, such as GxP, is a plus.
- Candidates must provide a criminal record certificate no older than 3 months.
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other technology tools and products.
- Provide first- and second-level technical support through calls, tickets, and user interactions.
- Respond promptly to IT-related questions from end users.
- Document all end-user interactions, including incidents and requests, in the ServiceNow customer ticket system.
- Create, maintain, and use knowledge articles.
- Provide IT onboarding training to new starters.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in regulated IT environments, such as GxP.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
