- Mix and prepare hundreds of hand-formed artisan breads each shift.
- Prepare produce and deli products for bakery items.
- Mix and scale ingredients, bench dough, load carts and racks with product, and lift and stack flour.
- Operate kitchen machinery, including ovens, proofers, mixers, and dough dividers, while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment.
- Assist bakery clerks and provide service to guests as needed.
