Responsibilities
  • Create, refine, and evolve retail environments, fixtures and materials across the full Nike stores portfolio
  • Build creative direction for design development and generate implementation standards for consistent execution throughout projects
  • Lead a team to develop the right approach for each project, factoring in the needs of the Consumer, the Brand and Business partners
  • Communicate and present design concepts to the Sr. Design Director and create presentation materials that effectively communicate design intent
  • Produce project production files when required
  • Work under the direction of a Sr. Design Director, and in partnership with Director-level peers
  • Lead and develop small design teams to realize innovative, original retail displays and digital solutions for retail environments
  • Provide leadership development and design direction to junior level designers
  • Collaborate with internal and external design teams to complete multiple projects by using design processes and best practices to ensure the creative intent, design results, timelines and budgets are met
