Requirements
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work event shifts including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, and complete company-wide and job-specific safety training.
Responsibilities
  • Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.
  • Anticipate needs throughout the shift.
  • Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized.
  • Report to work on time, prepared to start at the scheduled time, and set up the work area as directed.
  • Abide by the operating standards in the policy and procedure manual.
  • Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
  • Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.
