Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years Program Manager experience.
  • 7+ years' experience performing in a Project Manager role.
  • 5+ years of customer facing experience in Professional Services or as a Consultant.
  • Comfortable with up to 50% travel
  • Used to managing large Programs or Project Portfolios in complex changing environments.
  • Comfortable writing new Statements of Work and Change Orders.
  • Software as a Service (SAAS) Implementation experience.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Extensive experience of stakeholder management, up to C-Suite level.
  • Strong negotiating & influencing skills.
  • Intricate attention to detail while maintaining sight of the big picture.
  • Process-oriented, outcome-focussed, strategic, and commercial thinking.
  • Creative problem-solving skills focused on solutions and removing obstacles.
  • Keen networker and collaborator with other departments (e.g. Implementation, Product, Sales, Support, Customer Success, etc).
  • Certifications relating to Project Management or Programme Management methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, etc.)
  • Experience of leading teams, and coaching & mentoring colleagues/co-workers
  • Relevant Privacy or GRC experience
  • CIPP/E and CIPM certifications
Responsibilities
  • Lead the professional services teams at our most strategic and important customers.
  • Ensure customers have the best possible onboarding and professional services experience.
  • Provide implementation best practice advice and direction to project managers and consultants.
  • Monitor progress of projects and provide support to address challenges.
  • Perform project risk assessments, develop contingency plans, and recommend mitigations.
  • Ensure appropriate governance is in place, including delivery of accurate reporting to the Customer Leadership.
  • Focus on meeting and maintaining Program Financial goals and manage change and/or mitigate risk.
  • Lead strategic relationships with senior stakeholders during the implementation.
  • Build a strong internal network across OneTrust to pull in experts to overcome obstacles.
  • Work closely with the Sales team, providing expertise on new opportunities or identifying new business with existing customers.
  • Work with OneTrust’s Partners to ensure they are successful in implementing OneTrust.
  • Strive for continuous improvement helping teams, processes, and technology to be efficient and continue to evolve.
