Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar 3D modeling and drafting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Five or more years of experience with municipal infrastructure projects, such as water/wastewater, site utilities, or structural layouts, is preferred.
  • An Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar design software.
  • Work closely with engineers and project managers to interpret project requirements and translate them into accurate design documents.
  • Ensure that all drawings and models comply with industry standards, municipal specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized project files, revise drawings as needed, and assist in preparing documentation packages for client and regulatory approvals.
  • Assist with data collection, field measurements, and design modifications to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay current with new drafting technologies, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
