Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers on our flagship VoIP solution, with everything from implementation and setup, to ongoing support needs
  • Working with our Product and Engineering teams to improve our VoIP product
  • Working with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers
  • Creating + updating internal documentation on the VoIP product
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience or affinity for the automotive industry is a plus BUT not required
