Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to promote clients’ brands, sales products, and services.
Explain product features and benefits to customers and answer inquiries.
Report customer feedback to senior management and clients, including areas for improvement.
Analyze client acquisition metrics and key performance indicators to maximize sales and drive revenue.
Adhere to clients’ compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process.
Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts on behalf of clients.
Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Representatives to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills.
Complete in-house training provided by the Senior Client Support team.
Desired Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or another client-facing role is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is a plus.
Willingness to improve current skills and quickly grasp new concepts to develop professionally.

Client Support Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
