Requirements

A thorough understanding and expert real-time use of all relevant documentation and processing systems.
Develop and maintain general knowledge and experience of the (re)insurance market, including recognizing and explaining trends, general carrier capabilities, and competitiveness.
Keep abreast of insurance product developments.
Understand clients’ or prospects’ businesses, situations, opportunities, problems, and key issues.
Hold BCP, PGI, and ComGI certification.
Work under time pressure to ensure prompt service delivery.
May hold regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation; otherwise, be aware of and adhere to relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day servicing to a portfolio of large corporate and international clients and ensure timely delivery of high-quality service.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of endorsements, certificates, invoices, and policy documents.
Monitor service levels and client satisfaction, resolving issues proactively.
Understand clients’ business and risk management needs and support the Team Lead in identifying solutions, including cross-selling across products.
Assist in developing client strategies and proposals.
Support cross-selling initiatives and identify opportunities to expand services.
Maintain client data files, service records, and meeting minutes in accordance with Willis Excellence Model standards.
Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and WTW guidelines and procedures.
Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, consultants, industry experts, and other critical team members across WTW segments and geographies to bring WTW’s capabilities to clients and ensure a streamlined client experience.
Prepare client and prospect presentations.
