About the job
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Background working in a high-volume kitchen setting, including knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prepare ready-to-eat foods for the deli case, grab-and-go wall, and self-serve counters, including entrees, salads, side dishes, and soups.
- Package and label produced goods.
- Receive and break down deliveries, and rotate product.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment.
- Provide service to guests as needed.
- Work a shift within the 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily operating window; open availability is required.
- Travel to the Davis - Covell, Davis - Mace, Sacramento - Florin Road, Elk Grove, and Roseville locations.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish.
