- Provide clear visual direction and maintain oversight of design quality throughout production.
- Conceptualize and create concept statics, including storyboards and sample layouts, using Adobe products and traditional print software.
- Develop dynamic project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.
- Apply advanced design, authoring, and artificial-intelligence tools to create engaging, accessible, and production-ready learning experiences.
- Turn written content into creative graphic ideas and solutions for a variety of media.
- Collaborate with Learning Directors, Learning Managers, Learning Designers, Design Managers, media teams, programmers, project managers, other designers, clients, internal stakeholders, and external production partners.
- Manage time across multiple concurrent products and schedules.
- Identify and resolve design issues to minimize defects, rework, and project risks within agreed scope and budgets.
- Recognize internal and client budget constraints and align designs and the overall design approach accordingly.
- Catalog new and existing concepts and assets for efficient future reuse.
- Support and mentor other designers while contributing to continuous improvement of creative processes, tools, and workflows.
- Contribute to wider team, product, and operational initiatives that enhance the Creative team's capability and business performance.
