About the job
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience; one year of military or concierge experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, will also be considered.
- Must possess customer service skills.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
- Must be able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, and perform some lifting.
- Must be able to work inside and outside in varying temperatures.
- Must be able to sit in front of a computer for prolonged periods when required.
- Perform security duties outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders.
- Control access for guests, tenants, and vendors.
- Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
- Observe and report security and safety hazards.
- Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
- Report pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, the client, and other appropriate company department managers.
- Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
