Responsibilities
Lead the design and refinement of CISA’s international travel processes and associated information systems, including data repositories, dashboards, and internal web/platform content.
Work collaboratively with the Office of the Chief Information Officer and other stakeholders to provide requirements, configuration, data management, and technical coordination for travel-related systems and tools, including SharePoint, CRM tools, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Develop, configure, and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations that accurately display travel patterns, policy compliance status, and other key operational metrics.
Ensure that technical repositories for international arrangements, agreements, and frequently referenced information are logically structured, currently maintained, and easily accessible to authorized CISA staff.
Provide high-level technical guidance and process engineering expertise to support scalable, secure, and highly efficient travel information management solutions.
