- Manage amicable and judicial claims files.
- Analyze civil liability files, including bodily injury risk, and ten-year construction liability files.
- Determine positions and negotiate liability between the policyholder and the injured party.
- Coordinate construction professionals, experts, and lawyers.
- Monitor judicial proceedings.
- Ensure service quality for policyholders.
- Participate in expert meetings and policyholder meetings when required.
- Knowledge of civil and administrative procedure.
