About the job
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience reading or debugging code in a general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise integrations such as application programming interfaces, enterprise content management systems, identity, cloud infrastructure, or AI/machine learning model deployments.
- Experience leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, and interfacing directly with core product or engineering organizations.
- Partner with account teams and practice Customer Engineers during technical evaluation phases to assess project feasibility, shape proposals for long-term adoption, and validate Forward Deployed Engineering engagement requests.
- Lead upfront technical design for enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions, ensuring secure integration of models, agents, and connectors into existing customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues by examining code-level context, identify core product bugs, and test workarounds to remove execution roadblocks.
- Act as the liaison to core Product and Engineering teams, troubleshoot systemic deployment blockers, and translate field feedback into actionable feature requests.
- Steer implementation strategy through technical authority and architectural foresight while owning the technical delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
- Bridge pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution, ensuring solutions are shaped for adoption, rapid activation, and viable delivery.
- Architect the integration of solutions into customers' IT ecosystems, including connectors, identity, data residency, and legal constraints, and drive technical delivery strategy from start to finish.
- Align Forward Deployed Engineering strategy with technical design, systemic debugging, and product and engineering integration.
- Experience orchestrating specialized technical resources to execute complex builds.
- Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Ability to investigate novel technical problems, work through ambiguity, diagnose bugs, and develop credible architectural solutions.
- Executive communication skills, including translating technical integration issues into business impact.
