About the job
- Study or vocational training in Medical Informatics, or comparable professional experience in a healthcare information technology context.
- Initial experience in professional or disciplinary leadership of teams or projects.
- Strong knowledge of Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise, Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine, Health Level Seven, Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, and patient portals.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the Integration Delivery team, including employee discussions, onboarding, hiring processes, and continuing-education planning.
- Support and configure the I4M, P4M, JiveX, HLI, and DCC products.
- Plan monthly activities, prioritize work, and manage capacity within the area of responsibility while monitoring utilization and results.
- Act as the interface between customers, sales, and technical implementation, including advising on feasibility and effort estimates.
- Support proposal preparation and accompany complex customer projects.
- Manage and assure the quality of order and ticket processing using customer relationship management, Asana, and Zendesk.
- Contribute to the further development and standardization of processes.
- Promote team cohesion, motivation, and a constructive error culture.
