- Process required paperwork in a timely and complete manner.
- Maintain parts inventory on the service truck.
- Pursue further education to stay abreast of technological changes and develop the knowledge base.
- Own hand tools; specialty tools are provided by the company or purchased through a tool allowance.
- A technical degree or certifications are desirable.
- Generator experience is preferred.
- Military, Electrical Generating Systems Association, or factory certification is highly desirable.
