Requirements
  • 10+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises
  • Previous experience applying partners, channels, and alliances to sell more efficiently
  • Relevant software experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, application development and management, DevOps, security, business applications, and/or analytics
  • Consistent track record of new business development and overachieving sales targets
  • Strong executive presence and polish, excellent listening skills
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
Responsibilities
  • Establish a vision and plan for pipeline generation
  • Deliver license, support, and service revenue targets
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities
  • Explore relationships and business possibilities across the client’s org chart
  • Become a thought-leader in machine learning and predictive analytics
  • Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals
  • Embrace and apply the channel to identify new opportunities
  • Work as a team for efficient resource deployment
  • Provide timely input to other corporate functions
