Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic product analyst to assist us in providing regular, timely analysis of our product performance.  The product business analyst will be responsible for defining and developing reports, analyzing product data to make product recommendations, and compiling product data. You should have a good understanding of typical product led growth KPIs and metrics, such as revenue, usage, retention, churn, ARR, ACV, TCV, etc.

To be successful as a product analyst, you should be able to monitor product performance on the market to meet or exceed product targets and forecasts.

The Duties/ Responsibilities include:

• Evaluate the company product metrics and compare them against industry trends.
• Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company’s current and future needs.
• Provide assistance with product performance and business reviews.
• Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects.
• Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
• Contribute to business and product operations, such as planning, costing, budgeting, forecasting.
• Assist the business in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
• Work with other company departments to improve the analysis and presentation of product KPIs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Will not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science or any related field.
• Previous product analysis experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint), PowerBI is preferred.
• Proficient in database software.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• The ability to balance customer needs against the company’s vision.
• Excellent time management skills.
