About the job

Requirements
  • Five to eight years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical operations, with the senior end preferred given the incident command scope.
  • Proven experience running major incidents as incident commander, not just logging or reporting on them.
  • Experience managing an IT support or service desk function, with ownership of SLA and CSAT outcomes.
  • People management experience, including coaching and performance.
  • Working fluency across identity, endpoint, collaboration, and cloud in an AWS and Azure multi-cloud environment.
  • Experience running or maturing an incident process, ideally in Jira.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as HITRUST or SOC 2 and the incident evidence they require.
Responsibilities
  • Own IT support operations end to end, including queue health, escalation, and service quality against SLA and CSAT targets.
  • Own IT asset and device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, tracking, and retirement of endpoints and support hardware.
  • Own support tooling and vendor spend, including the budget line for support tools and partners, and surface spend decisions to IT leadership.
  • Deliver regular SLA, CSAT, and incident reporting to IT leadership, including trends and improvement actions.
  • Own incident command, coordination, stakeholder communication, and resolution for Sev1 and Sev2 events across the environment.
  • Own the incident process, including Jira intake, severity definitions, on-call and paging criteria, and enforcement.
  • Run post-incident reviews for every major incident, track actions to closure, and identify and solve recurring issues through problem management.
  • Declare incidents and take the incident commander role or assign it clearly.
  • Run the incident bridge and drive the technical response without doing all the hands-on work personally.
  • Own clear, timely stakeholder and client communication, separate from the person performing the fix.
  • Decide incident severity, mitigation risk, maintenance windows, and resolution.
  • Run post-incident reviews with actions and named owners.
  • Lead the support team through coaching, one-on-ones, growth, and performance management.
  • Manage the managed support partner as an extension of the team.
  • Coordinate with Cybersecurity and Rapid7 MDR during security incidents.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services during incidents involving contact center tooling.
  • Own documentation and self-service in Confluence so the team can resolve more issues without escalation and knowledge is shared.
  • Support queue health, triage, and escalation against SLA and CSAT targets.
  • Command and respond to Sev1 and Sev2 incidents.
  • Provision endpoints and support hardware and manage their lifecycle.
  • Report SLA, CSAT, and incident information to leadership.
  • Mature and enforce the incident management process.
  • Oversee the managed support partner.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and problem management to reduce recurrence.
  • Coach and develop the support team.
  • Maintain self-service resources and documentation in Confluence.
  • Automate support and incident workflows.
  • Scale support coverage and on-call maturity as the business grows.
  • Deepen coordination with Cybersecurity and Professional Services.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in a CX or contact center environment, and familiarity with platforms such as Five9, Nextiva, and NICE.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Entra ID, Intune, or Microsoft Defender.
  • ITIL certification, or demonstrated experience running ITIL-aligned incident and problem management.
  • Experience managing a managed service partner such as BETSOL.
  • Familiarity with ThinScale SRW (BYOD endpoint management).

BETSOL named a Select Partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, expanding enterprise AI delivery. BETSOL's partnership with Anthropic strengthens its ability to help businesses apply AI to real-world challenges and accelerate business outcomes. As enterprises move from AI experimentation to execution at scale, its partnership with Anthropic will help turn promising pilots into solutions that deliver measurable business value." - Ashok Reddy, CEO, BETSOL BROOMFIELD, CO, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - BETSOL announced that it has achieved the Select partner tier in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network Services Track. The designation recognizes BETSOL's certified Claude delivery team and its record of putting Claude into production for enterprise clients. The Claude Partner Network is Anthropic's program for companies that build Claude solutions for their customers. Within the Services Track, partners advance through four tiers (Certified, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier) based on building a certified delivery team, delivering Claude use cases for clients, and validating that work through customer references. BETSOL's Claude-certified team focuses on four areas: AI agent development, workflow automation, enterprise AI orchestration, and AI governance and security. The goal is to integrate AI into the systems, data, and workflows organizations already rely on, rather than deploying it as a standalone tool. That approach draws on BETSOL's partnerships across the enterprise technology ecosystem, including Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. These let the team connect Claude-powered solutions to enterprise applications, data sources, and custom systems. BETSOL's recent Claude engagements include AI-powered clinician matching, enterprise support automation, virtual agent platforms, and natural-language analytics. The work spans both new builds and existing enterprise environments. Organizations evaluating where AI can reduce costs or improve operations can learn more about BETSOL's Claude capabilities and customer stories at betsol.com/partners/claude/. More information about the program is available in the Claude Partner Network Directory.
