Requirements
  • At least 2 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in pick-and-pack operations and order accuracy.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems; ShipHero experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to work reliably, punctually, and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform sustained physical activity, including standing and walking for extended periods, frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, and bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment subject to varying temperatures.
Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to client specifications.
  • Verify order contents, stock-keeping units, quantities, and packaging requirements before shipment.
  • Apply correct shipping labels and documentation and route shipments to the appropriate carriers.
  • Ensure assigned orders meet daily fulfillment deadlines and throughput standards.
  • Support Warehouse Associates during peak volume periods.
  • Receive and process inbound shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting for damage, and reconciling shipments against purchase orders or advance shipping notices.
  • Check in products accurately using the ShipHero warehouse management system.
  • Stage, sort, and put away inbound inventory in assigned bin locations according to client storage requirements.
  • Document discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged goods and coordinate inbound exceptions with Team Leads and Account Management.
  • Conduct cycle counts, bin audits, and location-level inventory verifications.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, misplaced products, and system inaccuracies.
  • Maintain bin organization and location integrity throughout the warehouse.
  • Support quarterly and annual physical inventory counts.
  • Report potential shrinkage, mislabeled products, and stock issues to operations management.
  • Receive, inspect, and process customer returns according to client-specific return policies.
  • Assess returned product condition and route products for restocking, quarantine, or disposition.
  • Log return activity in ShipHero and document exceptions.
  • Communicate return trends and recurring issues to Account Management.
  • Accept and execute assigned warehouse projects, including relabeling, repackaging, kitting, bundle builds, inventory reorganization, client-specific preparation work, and special fulfillment programs.
  • Manage time across project work and daily fulfillment responsibilities.
  • Provide project status updates to Team Leads and document project outcomes for client or internal reporting.
  • Serve as a warehouse-level point of contact for questions or issues escalated by Account Management.
  • Communicate with Account Managers regarding order status, inbound receipts, inventory findings, and return outcomes.
  • Support client onboarding activities, including inventory setup, storage configuration, and inbound planning.
  • Assist with client-specific service-level agreement requirements and special handling instructions.
  • Escalate client-impacting issues or risks to operations management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures, hazardous-material handling requirements, and operational policies.
  • Operate pallet jacks, radio-frequency scanners, and hand trucks safely and correctly.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process improvements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a third-party logistics or multi-client fulfillment environment.
  • Familiarity with receiving, inventory control, or returns processing workflows.
  • Experience coordinating with client-facing or account management teams.
  • Radio-frequency scanner and basic computer proficiency.
