About the Job

Requirements

University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
Knowledge of transport operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Gather truck booking information from Products and Services.
Plan and arrange trucking schedules on a daily and weekly basis.
Process cargo consolidation with trucking service providers.
Serve as the main communication channel between Products and trucking service providers for truck planning and monitoring.
Process truck bookings, including tentative plans and confirmed schedules, with service providers.
Follow up to ensure all truck information is ready for all parties in further processing.
Verify and monitor the deployment of trucking quotations.
Follow up on quotation updates and validate data for the application process.
Calculate cost allocation to each product for trucking utilization.
Collect trucking invoices and prepare summary reports for Accounting reference.
Take on additional assignments as required to meet company needs.

Job Description

Job Purpose: Cargo consolidation processing. Delivery route management. Costing and billing handling.

Key Accountabilities:

Gather all truck booking information from Products and Services
Plan and arrange on trucking schedule in daily and weekly basis
Process on cargo consolidation process with Trucking Services Providers
To be the main communication channel for Products and Trucking services provider in trucks planning and monitoring process
Process on truck booking (tentative plan & Confirm schedule) with Services Providers
Co-ordinate to follow up all truck information ready for all parties in further processing
Verify and monitoring of trucking quotations deployment
Follow up on quotation updated and data validated for applying process
Calculate for costs allocation to each Products for the trucking utilization
Collect all Trucking invoices and prepare summary report for Accounting references
To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

Qualifications
