Responsibilities
  • Serve as the receptionist for our New York City headquarters
  • Coordinate office visits for customers, candidates, vendors, and VIPs
  • Assist our on-site retail showroom by providing exemplary customer service
  • Act as a point person for mail, deliveries, messenger requests, and outbound packages
  • Assist with our office’s catered lunches, weekly All Hands meeting breakfasts, and other meals for the team
  • Help with ad hoc administrative tasks as they pop up
  • Draft regular communications to inform employees of events or planned maintenance
  • Support our office operations, including employee support tickets, office safety, office repairs and construction
  • Contribute to a variety of employee-facing initiatives, such as new hire orientation, anniversary gifting, company-recognition programs
  • Be a key player in the planning and support of office events like seasonal parties, photo shoots, filming, and holiday meals

  • Support exciting and meaningful employee events and programs in line with our core values
