Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular case updates and addressing inquiries.
Collect, organize, and maintain case files, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance documentation.
Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers regarding client injuries and treatment plans.
Assist in drafting demand letters, settlement packages, and other legal correspondence.
Work closely with attorneys to prepare cases for negotiation, litigation, or trial.
Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-ups with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
Verify and negotiate medical liens to optimize settlement distributions for clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes in the case management system.
Support attorneys with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation as needed.
