About the company

Mito provides a spreadsheet-style interface that runs inside Jupyter Notebooks and Streamlit to bridge Excel-like work with Python data analysis. As users perform actions such as creating pivot tables, applying formulas, filtering data, or making charts, it automatically generates the corresponding Python code, so non-coders can automate data tasks without writing Python. It can import data from Excel, CSV, SQL databases, and Snowflake, and includes an AI assistant that can generate code from natural language prompts. The open-core model offers free open-source components with paid Pro and Enterprise tiers that add features, security, and on-premises AI deployment, aiming to increase Python adoption in enterprises.
