Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a full cycle technical recruiter
  • 2+ years of experience managing global tech recruiting teams
  • Experience in both staffing & in house Talent Acquisition required
  • SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Utilize data and metrics to diagnose gaps, issues and proactively provide solutions to your stakeholders and recruiters
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A high level of urgency, empathy, and intellectual curiosity
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of prioritization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring initiatives and achieving clearly defined goals
  • Passion for finding diverse talent and championing inclusion throughout the hiring process and within the company
  • Experience with Lever (ATS) preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Manage and inspire a global, high performing team of Technical Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Player coach - responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers across all tech & product teams to identify and execute successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Stay on top of recruiting, sourcing, hiring, and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the process
  • Ensure a responsive and seamless candidate experience through strong communication and timely feedback
  • Build employer brand awareness; organize and attend networking and recruitment events as needed
