Responsibilities
  • providing expert support to leave-takers and the teams at the Companies that support them.
  • providing feedback to our Product Team as a critical piece of the product development lifecycle through the data we collect in the support tickets answered.
  • working closely with our Product Operations team to bring our Product Solutions team to the next level.
Desired Qualifications
  • DMEC certification to become a Certified Leave Management Specialist (CLMS)
  • assist in our support queue by answering Tier 1 tickets that consist of easy and common to solve questions, with self-serve solutions.
  • utilizing templated responses and providing self-serve solutions, and are responsible for identifying and escalating tickets needing a higher tier of support.
  • comfortable assisting and escalating tickets into the Tier 2 support queue.
  • comfortable providing video and phone support to employers and users.
  • able to begin meeting standardized SLAs that are expected of our support team.
  • averaging at minimum 7 tickets an hour while managing phone support and meetings

Cocoon Club rents high-end designer handbags through a subscription-based service. Members choose a plan, verify their identity, and select bags from Cocoon’s collection to have shipped to them for the duration of their membership. They can swap bags monthly and with Bag Passes they can rent any bag for a week. The bag condition is clearly described, from new to well-used, so customers know what they’ll receive. Revenue comes from membership fees and Bag Pass sales. Different from traditional ownership or one-off rentals, Cocoon emphasizes access over ownership and sustainability by extending the life of luxury handbags through ongoing use. The company’s goal is to make luxury handbags accessible on a flexible, transparent, and responsible basis while reducing waste in the fashion system.
