About the company

Tomax Think Academy powers complete assessment infrastructure for universities and government agencies. It provides an integrated platform that covers item banking, exam delivery (digital, paper, or hybrid), integrated proctoring, automated grading, and analytics in one system. Exams can run offline with automatic data synchronization when connectivity returns, ensuring reliability under pressure. Institutions can consolidate tools and reduce administrative overhead—reports show a 60% cut—while the platform scales from small courses to national licensing exams with up to 100,000 concurrent test-takers. Over 100 institutions and agencies use the platform to manage high-stakes assessments for more than 500,000 examinees annually. The goal is to give organizations full control over their assessment operations and improve efficiency and integrity across the entire assessment lifecycle.
