Requirements
  • active AZ NP and RN license
  • board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (family nurse practitioner or women’s health nurse practitioner)
  • active and unrestricted licenses in the state of Arizona
  • at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience
  • authorized to work in the US
  • willingness to be credentialed through major health systems and payers
Responsibilities
  • see patients virtually and deliver comprehensive and integrative care spanning across gynecology and primary care services
  • conduct virtual establishment of care visits, birth control and flu/cold consults, weight management and dermatology focused visits
  • answer patient questions via chat and manage inbox for lab review, patient follow-ups and case consultations
  • collaborate with product & engineering teams to share insights and feedback
  • take one-two evening shifts per week and work Wednesday and Friday as required
