  • Lead internal media team status and attend brand status calls
  • Assist in pulling data to help inform media strategy
  • Maintain client relationships and guide them toward success
  • Develop competitive and monthly reporting
  • Ensure deadlines are met and perform quality assurance for deliverables
  • Train/onboard other team members when needed
  • Establish relationships with team members and external partners
  • Participate in team events and L&D opportunities
  • Be an active participant on vendor calls and team status calls
