Responsibilities
Perform electrical inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems, including electrical panels, circuits, motors, generators, transformers, and lighting systems.
Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and equipment, and implement effective solutions.
Install, upgrade, and modify electrical systems and equipment in compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
Provide detailed reports on work performed, including observations, recommendations, and time logs.
Keep up to date with electrical technology, codes, and safety standards, and apply that knowledge to improve service delivery and maintain expertise.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory to ensure their availability and proper functioning.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment.
Communicate with clients, address their concerns, and resolve issues to provide customer service.
Desired Qualifications
Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program is preferred.
Five or more years of electrical field experience.
Three to five years of leadership experience.
Experience with crews of one to ten.
Experience with projects up to $500,000.

About the role
As an Electrical Service Technician, you willbe responsible fordiagnosing, repairing, andmaintainingelectrical systems and equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems, minimizingdowntimeand maximizing productivity.
