- Experience with major capital infrastructure projects, including real property scope, policy, and strategy, is preferred.
- A solid understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and project management in design-build or other innovative delivery models is preferred.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization, are preferred.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills with consultants, contractors, agencies, and the public are preferred.
- The ability to analyze complex issues and lead the development of effective solutions for right-of-way acquisition and land conveyance challenges is preferred.
