Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure deployment experience on AWS, Azure, GCP or any other cloud
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure including Kubernetes, AWS, or Infrastructure as Code.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Take part in the design, implementation and management of Twelve Labs cloud and on-premise solutions
  • Leading the build of single tenant architecture to accommodate enterprise customers on different cloud vendors
  • Architect Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using technologies such as Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible with mature CI/CD pipelines
  • Contribute to existing architecture and optimization of a highly utilized cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security and efficiency
  • Champion best practices in security and compliance, ensuring our infrastructure is resilient against threats and aligned with industry standards, safeguarding customer data and trust in our platform
  • Ensure documentation for installation and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cloud service providers to ensure the infrastructure is designed for optimal performance
