Requirements
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred.
  • Certification in the relevant disciplines is preferred.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
  • Ability to promote positive relations with hotel guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in Dubai.
Responsibilities
  • Recommend and apply body conditioning treatments and massages to guests or leisure club members.
  • Massage the body using kneading, rubbing, and stroking techniques to stimulate blood circulation, relax contracted muscles, or relieve other conditions.
  • Administer steam, dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared, or water treatments at the customer's request.
  • Provide clients with directions for activities such as reducing or remedial exercises.
  • Record treatments provided to customers.
  • Keep treatment rooms tidy and ensure items such as towels, candles, and oils are available.
  • Make reservations for massages and other treatment packages.
  • Perform duties professionally to the full satisfaction of guests.
  • Understand club facilities and membership prices.
  • Observe high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Operate safely and in an environmentally friendly manner to protect guests' and employees' health and safety and conserve the environment.
  • Comply with hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
