Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Software Engineer.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, iPaaS automation, Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
  • Ability to operate across multiple business functions and technical domains.
  • Ability to work independently, own work with minimal guidance, evaluate complex factors, and make sound technical decisions.
  • Experience contributing ideas, architectural designs, and documentation across multiple project teams.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal customers throughout the delivery lifecycle of AI agents on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform, including discussions and planning, solution design and architecture, building, tuning, and production launch.
  • Architect, design, and consult with customers to develop technical AI solutions and shape the Agentic AI roadmap.
  • Integrate the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform with enterprise systems securely and performantly.
  • Work with engineering, product teams, and vendor partners such as Moveworks on new rollouts.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions, assess the evolving AI landscape, and evaluate solutions for the technology stack.
  • Maintain, configure, and operate core IT services, networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud systems.
  • Serve as the help desk escalation point, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide technical support.
  • Identify pain points and improve IT processes and procedures.
