Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiography Program.
  • Hold a minimum of a master's degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
  • Possess current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in radiography or an equivalent unrestricted state license.
  • Have a minimum of three years of full-time clinical experience in medical imaging.
  • Have two years of experience as an instructor in a program at an accredited institution.
  • Have experience in instruction, student evaluation, academic advising, educational methods, and supervision of personnel.
  • Communicate fluently and professionally in verbal and written English.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Use basic computer skills to navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of and follow applicable state laws, federal and state compliance requirements, accrediting-agency requirements, and internal policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate compliance requirements to staff and escalate compliance concerns to the Compliance department.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement courses and educational programs aligned with institutional goals and standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate course quality and effectiveness and adjust programs to improve student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with faculty, educators, and administrative staff to support program delivery.
  • Ensure programs meet accreditation standards and are accessible to students, including students with disabilities.
  • Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and funding.
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for education programs across multiple geographic regions.
  • Analyze regional enrollment data, demographic shifts, and market dynamics to adjust recruitment strategies and optimize outreach.
  • Facilitate cross-regional collaboration, share insights, standardize best practices, and align teams with institutional goals and regional needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Meet regularly with direct reports in one-on-one and group settings to provide feedback and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
